Bonding over friendly competition: One of the goals of this retreat was for attendees to bond with coworkers outside of their work departments. We created a weeklong Olympic-style competition with mixed teams to encourage camaraderie. At the end, the winning teams received gold, silver & bronze medals on the podium.

Utah Olympic Park: To tie into our Olympic-style competition, attendees enjoyed a half day of play at Utah Olympic Park where they opted into summer bobsledding, ziplining, tubing, and more.

Flying Ace All Stars: The cherry on top & final surprise of the week was a performance by the Flying Ace All Stars. Handpicked athletes, including former Olympians & World Champions, show off spectacular trampoline tricks while donning skis & snowboards.
